Blogging in Mentone

On Tuesday 28th of April i went to Darwin.On Wednesday 29th i did the Darwin city sights tour and that was interesting.Then on Thursday 30th I went to Katherine Gorge and Edith Falls and that was a full day tour and I didn’t get back to my hotel until 8:30pm and lunch was included in the tour as well. It was amazing. On Friday 1st of May I went to Litchfield National Park and also including in the tour was lunch and that was really nice.On Saturday 2nd May I went to Kakadu National Park and that was amazing and very prettyand I went on a cruise as well and that was really cool.Sunday 3rd May I went to a Morning Wildlife Territory Park and that was really good and I actually saw some crocs which was great because I didn’t get to see them at Kakadu.I also took a lot of photos of waterfalls and sightseeing.I returned to Melbourne on Monday 4th of May around about 7:30pm.The rest of the week I had off as I was very tired.I return to work on Monday 11th of May.Now I am saving to get another computer and a widescreen tv for my unit and saving to go to Broome or Kununurra.

Well at the end of January/February of this year Mum/Dad and I went to Olympia,Washington where my brother Nathan and his wife Casey live.They also run a B&B called Swantown Inn and it is very pretty and all the rooms are very comfortable.While we were there we flew over to Las Vegas for a week and it was wonderful.We went to the famous Las Vegas Strip and we saw a lot of places and stayed at a nice hotel.Then we flew back to Olympia where Nathan and Casey live and we still had a great time.Then time past and we returned to Melbourne and I returned to work five days a week and I was told everyone missed me which was nice.Work is still busy.On the weekends I still catch up with my friends and I still go to the movies in gold class and the seats are very comfortable and the food is great.I also have a myspace web page and I have a lot of friends on it and one of my friends is my brother Nathan because he was the one who got me interested in it so thanks Nathan.My brother’s wife Casey is pregnant again and we are all happy about the news.Bye for now.

I went to the movies yesterday with my best friend Sevda and we saw DreamGirls and we both enjoyed it. Before the movie we had T.G.I. Fridays for lunch. I had pasta and shrimp and it was yummy and Sevda had chicken. We both had a great day. When we were down at Southland we saw a few people from Lewis Industries. I went to Just Cuts and got my hair cut and I really like my short hair and I think it suits me. After that I headed down to mum’s house in Bentleigh and for dinner we had a bbq. We had bbq chops with coleslaw and chips and it was yummy.

Well I have been busy with work and saving for my trip to Seattle for my brother Nathan and Casey’s Wedding in May. I can’t wait to see Swantown Inn as I only have seen it in photos , so I can’t wait, Mum and Dad have been to Swantown Inn and they enjoyed it. I can’t wait to do some sightseeing, walking around and hope to do some shopping as I love to shop. I will take my camera and take some photos.

On the 1st of July I moved into my new flat in Mentone. Mum and Dad helped me to pack and move all of my stuff. So now I cook my own dinner and it has been fun. Not only I have a new house , I have a part-time job working at Lewis Industries in Highett.I catch the 811 bus to work so I have to get up at 7am and I am enjoying my job.

Today Jane and I went into the City to see the Kylie Minogue Exhibition show which was for free at the State Theatre, I thought it was great. For lunch we went to 3 Gorges Restaurant which is located at 173-175 Exhibition Street, so this was our first visit here and i had chicken & corn soup, one vegetable spring roll and both were yummy. For my main course I had sweet & sour pork with rice which was very nice, so it was worth coming here for lunch/dinner, my drink was a can of sprite in a glass, so I will come back here again.

On Boxing Day night I am off to a Movie Marathon. The movies I will be seeing are: Blade:Trinity with Wesley Snipes and Kris Kristofferson. Ocean’s Twelve with George Clooney, Julia Roberts, Matt Damon, Brad Pitt, Catherine Zeta-Jones and Andy Garcia. The Last movie is The Grudge with Sarah Michelle Gellar and Bill Pullman. All of them should be very good.

I haven’t been feeling very well. I have a sore throat and I went to the doctors, he gave me some capsules for my throat. If I feel better tomorrow Mum and I are off to do some Christmas shopping. I have almost finished my Christmas shopping. I have had my sore throat for three days so it better get better soon.
